Refund Policy
Both products are digital and delivered immediately or within 72 hours. We review refund requests individually and try to be fair — if something went wrong, email us before assuming the worst.
1) The Short Version
We don't do automatic refunds on digital products. But we're also not going to hide behind that policy if you have a real problem. Email us, explain what happened, and we'll figure it out. Most issues are support issues, not refund issues — and support we can almost always fix.
2) Course Purchases
The course is delivered instantly — all 8 modules and 14 templates unlock the moment your payment clears, and they're yours to keep permanently. Because it's a digital product delivered in full immediately, course purchases are final and non-refundable.
That said, if something is actually broken — a download link won't work, you used the wrong email at checkout, or you never got access — that's a technical issue, not a refund situation, and we'll fix it fast. We also always refund genuine duplicate charges or billing errors. Email us before assuming the worst.
3) Credit Audit Purchases
The Credit Audit comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Here's exactly how it works:
- Before you upload your report — before we've started any work — cancel any time for a full refund, no questions.
- If we miss the 48–72 hour delivery window or can't deliver your plan — full refund.
- After your custom plan is delivered — if it doesn't fit your situation, reply to the delivery email within 7 days. We'll revise it until it's right; if we still can't make it work for you, you get a full refund.
The audit is real custom work built specifically for your file, so we'd genuinely rather make it right than lose you — but you're never stuck with something that doesn't help. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded.
4) Technical Issues
These aren't refund situations — they're fixable:
- Download links not working or expired? We'll regenerate them.
- Used the wrong email at checkout? We can locate your order another way.
- Uploaded the wrong file for your audit? Email us before we begin review.
- Never received a confirmation email? Check spam, then email us — we'll verify your purchase manually.
