Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase of Credit Protocol products — the course and the Credit Audit service. By completing a purchase, you agree to what's written here.

1) What You're Buying

The course is a digital product delivered as downloadable PDF files. Access is granted immediately after payment. It's for the individual purchaser only. If we update or expand the materials, you get those updates at no extra charge — you're not on a subscription.

The Credit Audit is a human-reviewed service. After payment you'll receive a link to upload your credit report. We remove personal identifiers, review the file, and deliver a written 30/60/90 day action plan within 48–72 hours. The audit also includes access to the full course.

2) Refunds

Both products are delivered digitally and can't be "returned" in the traditional sense. If you have a legitimate concern — a billing error, a technical issue, or you feel the product didn't deliver on what was promised — email us and we'll review it. We'd rather fix the problem than fight over it.

If you open a chargeback before contacting us, we'll respond with our transaction records and delivery confirmation. Reach out first and we'll almost always find a solution.

3) How You Can Use the Materials

You get a personal license to use everything you receive for your own financial education.

Fair use:

  • Download and read everything for your own use
  • Use the letter templates to exercise your rights under the FCRA and FDCPA
  • Keep and reference the materials indefinitely

Not allowed:

  • Sharing, selling, or redistributing any materials to others
  • Uploading files to any platform where others can access them
  • Reproducing the content in another course, product, or service

The materials are for you. They took real work to build and are priced to be accessible — sharing them undermines that.

4) What This Is (and Isn't)

Credit Protocol teaches you how the credit system works and how to use consumer protection laws — the FCRA, FDCPA, and FCBA — to your advantage. It is education, not legal advice. We can't guarantee your results because we don't control how bureaus respond, what's on your specific report, or whether you follow through on the plan. What we can deliver is a solid, informed strategy based on how the system actually works.

5) Liability

We stand behind the quality of the content. We can't, however, be held liable for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control — your credit history, bureau responses, or third-party decisions. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product.
